PROCEEDINGS & BEST POSTER AWARD

All the accepted contributions will be included in the Book of Abstracts, available in digital versions for the registered participants.

A Special Issue of Sustainable Food Technology (RSC, Q1) will host a selection of invited contributions (evaluated through the standard peer review process) presented at SLIM2026.

Poster Awards - supported by the journal Sustainable Food Technology 

The Scientific Committee will evaluate poster contributions, and the best works will be awarded in the Best Poster Awards ceremony during the Social Dinner.
