The registration fees include all events, scientific sessions, poster and exhibition área, snacks, lunches and the Conference dinner

Registration for single days of the conference is possible; please contact the SLIM secretaria at slimmeeting@slim2026.gal

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations received before 8 January 2026 will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations received between 8 January and 8 March 2025 will be partially refunded (minus €50 handling charge).
• Cancellations received after 8 March 2026 and no-shows will not be refunded.
• Cancellations should be addressed in writing to slimmeeting@slim2026.gal
